First, WASHS students and their families are invited to attend local College Fairs.

Second, as a reminder, PSAT testing will take place Wednesday, October 9 for any 11th grader who signed up.
WASHS students should report to their Block 1 classes and then report to the auditorium for testing at 9:00 am.
Testing is expected to run through 12:00 noon.
Students who had A, B, or C lunch will eat C lunch after testing and then return to their 3rd block class.
Students who eat D lunch will go to their 3rd block class after testing and then eat their scheduled lunch.
Fall CT students should report to the
WASHS
main office upon arrival and will remain in study hall until testing begins at 9:00 am. Testing is expected to run through 12:00 noon. Fall CT students may be picked up after testing or will eat lunch and then remain in study hall until dismissal time; they will not return to CT after testing.
Students will access their
PSAT
results online.

Presented by Homeland Security Investigations, this presentation is designed to inform teens on the threat of online child sexual abuse exploitation and abuse (

Free breakfast will be available upon arrival and students will rotate through lunches by grade level.
NOTE: PA Law requires schools to conduct a Run-Hide-Fight Drill annually and all students and staff will participate. Alternative activities are available for other events should a family prefer their child to not participate. To request an alternative, please contact Dr. McCallum via email -

Lastly, a few notes for tonight's away football game versus Mifflin County:
Game will be played at Mitchell Field (13 Grand Parkway North,
Lewistown

Kick-Off is at 7:00 pm.
WASHS
Marching Band & Color Guard will perform before the game (6:40 pm) as tonight is Mifflin County's Homecoming.
Admission information:
Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for students and seniors.
NOTE: There is only 1 cash ticket gate - attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets ONLINE prior to arrival.
Spectator Policies:
K-5 students must be accompanied by a supervising adult
No Backpacks are permitted
