The chickens are getting bigger and we are starting to work on building Summitview Farms!!!


Yesterday, our 5th-graders celebrated their last year of elementary school by going to a York Revolution game. They did a great job!!!
We will miss them next year.










Our 3rd-grade classes had a local field trip yesterday. They had a lot of fun and did an amazing job!


This is just a reminder that our students will be dismissed at 12:50 on Friday, May 12th.

Congratulations to Sophia Santos and Gabriella Curry for their accomplishments in the American Legion Essay Contest! Their essays focused on what patriotism means to them.

Tomorrow students can purchase flowers from our PTO. Flowers are $1 a piece and students can buy up to 4.

WASD honors our school nutrition staff on School Lunch Hero Day, May 5, 2023. We celebrate these dedicated employees who are truly heroes and are feeding our future!!


Friday is our Disney/Marvel/Star Wars Theme Day. Students are encouraged to wear their favorite Disney/Marvel/Stars outfits.

Hello SV! If your child will be coming to kindergarten next year (23-24) we invite you and your soon-to-be-kindergartner to our Future Summitview Shark Night. This event will be on May 22, 2023, at 6 PM. We hope to see you there!!!

Tomorrow is COUNTRY (&/or Western) DAY. Be a farmer or represent the WILD WEST with a cowboy hat and some boots.
Our 22-23 Yearbooks have arrived. If you were unable to purchase one earlier in the year, we do have some for sale in the office for $8.

We begin the PSSA tomorrow. Students, grades 3-5, will be working on the ELA test tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday. They test for about 1-2 hours a day.

Our students did a great job today with our April fire drill. We hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

Our district, through our guidance department, is having Over the Rainbow come in today to speak to some of our grade levels.
