Bids must be submitted to the attention of BF, Business Office Accounting Manager. Bids received after the above referenced date and time shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be publicly opened after the scheduled closing time. Bid opening will occur Friday, November 10, 2023 at 1:30 P.M EST.
